Over the past few years, ODG has developed into a high-quality organization and has been looking for a system that seamlessly aligns with this. ODG’s ambition is to work data-driven by 2026, and with this collaboration, they are taking an important step toward the future.

Solution

Omnimap has implemented a custom VTH system for ODG’s approximately 250 employees, streamlining processes related to permitting, supervision, and enforcement. Omnimap is also used for drafting letters, processing time administration, and visualizing the living environment on the map.

Result

By integrating new and existing technologies, Omnimap supports an optimal process for customers, residents, and employees. The system can be configured without programming knowledge, and future adaptations can be fully managed independently by the functional management department. Given the Environmental Act and the rapidly changing environment in which ODG operates, agility and flexibility are essential conditions.
