What data do we collect?

Omnimap collects the following data:

• Personal identification information of the subscription users (Name, email address, phone number, billing information, etc.)
• Any data entered by the user as part of the usage of the Omnimap Platform.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Omnimap with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Use our service via your browser's cookies.
• Communication and sharing information between Omnimap and your organisation.

How will we use your data?

Omnimap collects your data so that we can offer you the Omnimap platform as a service. As part of the service the user can enable third parties to connect to their Omnimap platform. Our privacy policy applies only to our service, so if you connect to another party, you should read and accept their privacy policy.

How do we store your data?

Omnimap securely stores your data at Microsoft Azure in the region West Europe and/or North Europe. Click here for an overview of the cloud locations within Azure.

Omnimap will keep your data for as long as your Omnimap subscription is active. Your data will be deleted 30 days after your Omnimap subscription has ended.

What are your data protection rights?

Omnimap would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access - You have the right to request Omnimap for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Omnimap correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Omnimap to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Omnimap erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Omnimap restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Omnimap's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Omnimap transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
